What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for genuine issues with the order. In some cases returns are free, while in others only the return shipping cost may be deducted. We do not profit from returns.
Return requests must be raised within 32 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for size or defects if reported withing 2 days after delivery, subject to a nominal processing fee.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
